Strong pain in neck, particularly left side, stiffness and limited head movement. Mid back stiffness and muscle cramps~headaches in lower back of neck.

Minimized activities uncomfortable sitting at office desk. Difficulty moving head to view PC monitor. Had stand and alternate sitting position. Limited driving to customers. Would get headache from staying in same position too long.

Had x~rays exhibiting no fractures. Recommended to try chiropractor.

Wasn’t sure it would help. Remained open minded to try treatment.

Took longer than expected but pain and stiffness slowly got better. Now able to turn head without major pain. Occasional pinch occurs when turning quickly, but better. Headaches are better and not often.

Better movement and flexibility. Stronger neck from exercises. Actually feel better about activity.
